Hello everyone!
I've been reading this site for a while, and it helped me build my first computer, thanks to everyones posts! I went from knowing nothing to my first build.
But...On my second build using and ABIT IP35-E off limits motherboard I'm have (I think..) an issue.
First of all, everything works perfectly and I have no problems with any application or program. Simply put, it's an awesome computer, no conflicts.
Here is the issue; When first starting up the computer everything runs, all the fans, everything, then it stops like it's shut of, then 2 or so second later, it starts perfectly and runs the normal loading screens. It always happens the same place, just before the hit DEL button to enter setup, etc.
What I am wondering if this is a simple bios setting or cmos? I have a sata dvd drive and sata hard drive installed, no floppy. I have hard drive first boot, dvd second boot, disabled third boot, if that helps or not.
I hope someone has some insight on this! The computer runs very cool also. I'd also like to point that I am posting because I can't find any information in searching and reading posts.
Much appreciated,
Kenneth
