PC specs good enough?

Hello, this is for a friend. I do not know if most new games will run on his pc, so this is why im posting here.

He wants to play, Battlefield 2, Command and conquer: generals, F.E.A.R, Half-life 2, GRAW 2.

Specs:

OS: Windows Vista home premium
CPU: AMD athlon x2 5000+
Ram: 3gb @ 667mhz
video: Nvidia GeForce 6150SE 128mb

I told him right off the bat, it wont run F.E.A.R at med-high settings, and graw 2 med-low.

Am i correct? will the other games run well?

Good luck running it on low with onboard video. He needs get a new video card even if its a low end card, atleast he could play games on low-med settings if hes "broke"
 
Is this onboard video any better than the geforce 5200, up to the 5900?

He has a pci-e, i have an extra radeon 1600xt oc 256mb gddr3. If he runs slow on those games, ill just give him that, i guess.
