Pc starts automatically

Hello,
my pc gonna crazy, when i push my ups power button it starts automatically without pressing power button. I have been done following things to solve this problem.
- changed SMPS, Power button, UPS also.
-checked power supply.
-checked ram & virus infection on HDD.
-checked HDD's bad sectors.

plz try to solve my problem as early as possible.

Is this a custom built computer? Make sure the case connections are connected properly and that the motherboard isn't shorting out by touching the case. Have you tried using a different power supply? If everything else is ok, then you have a bad motherboard.

Do you have wake on LAN enabled on your network card? Perhaps it could be malfunctioning and causing this? Do you have a UPS hooked up to it with power management software?

this is a BIOS setting that is causing your PC to startup. Go into your BIOS when the computer starts, look for anything with "power settings" in there. the options you are looking for include "PWR_ON after power failure" (usally set to fromer status, so if you turn off your computer, unplug it, plug it back in it will turn on) so set that options to "off"
hit F10 to save and reboot. try unplugging/plugging in the power now.

Dear friends,
I forgot to say that pc starts witout any screen then how can i go in the bios setup. I tried before to reset bios setup by unpluging CMOS battery. I also checked power supply and each & every button to related for power supply. OH....Now what can i do? plz help me.
