PC Tools firewall plus for vista

I been looking around forum and found mixed views on this vista built in firewall, however I found some people saying this firewall is good?

ive been using that firewall on Xp for a few weeks and i must admit its okay,Especialy because you dont keep getting pop-ups asking you about stuff all the time like Zonealarm does.

But i dunno how much better the security it provides is
