gonna be upgrading my pc and these are the parts i will probably buy, just curious as to everybodys thoughts.

great choice on all parts, however my personal opinion, go with either corsair H50/60/70 as they will be better fit with 2500k on overclocking and keeping it cool under load.
 
nop they won't, they will recycle them for you but they might even charge you for it, if the parts are really old you can sell them here or on somewhere else for having good part of computer history, if it's newer parts about two three year old someone here or looking for budget build will buy them no problem.
