This pci card is usually used with a printer. But we have hooked up to our register drawer. The pos (point of sale) completes a sale it should open the drawer. All we hear now is a little sound and then nothing happening. We had the same set up with the last computer that fried, but it won't work with this new computer. This is a gateway computer, running windows 7.
