Restart in Safe Mode by tapping F8 on bootup.
Type cmd in the start search bar and right click on it and select Run as Administrator.
In command prompt type:
sfc /scannow
Let it finish.
Then Restart in safe mode with networking and update windows.
Then restart normally and see if that helps.
