PC wont power on

Guys,

I'm at my witts end here.. I have replaced the board as it seemd it was bad the board has power its on with a green light on standby yet it will not come on.

Its an asus p9x79 motherboard with a core i7 processor. I have breadboarded it and it only had the main parts on it and it still will not come on. I flashed the bios using the flashback tool yet still nothing i'm not sure what else i can test any one that can help please provide suggestions. I tried another power supply and it didnt make a difference either.

Ok so lets take this systematically.

You've

1. Removed all components from the case.
2. Have only the CPU, RAM and PSU connected
3. Power on the PSU and try to power on the computer and nothing?

If not do ^ this.
