Hello everybody, yesterday there was a power shortage in my home for about an hour-hour and a half....when the power came back i couldn't start my PC right away....it was not responding to anything(i.e. dead,no power at all)...i had to wait for about 30mins and then it was back to normal,i pressed the start/power button and it was on.Any thoughts?Oh and the PC wasn't on before the power went off.
Thanks in advance.

Don't know anything about electrics but maybe a fuse was blown in your plug socket. That happened to me a while ago.

i think this problem might be in ur power supply circuit. there must be going to dry any capictor .....

this problem is with ur power supply unit it might be any component going to damage,
give your power supply to an electronics engineer for testing...

The problem must be come from your power supply. The computer cannot be not start because electric turn-off.
