Hum should be intresting to see what it is... I would put my money on 1 of 2 things. 1 Bad PSU, 2 CPU needed reseating. Let us know what gateway says...

Yes, but when you PSU is too weak a lot of times the video is the first to go.

PC is back!
Gateway has finally sent the pc back. The problem was the motherboard and the CPU, which were both replaced. The reason it took so long was because Gateway did not have a replacement motherboard in stock. The hard drive had to be reformatted. Bummer! Good thing I had a back-up of important things. Lost 2 pc's to Hurricane Katrina due to flooding and couldn't afford to pay the price to get information from hard drives. Leason learned in life!
