I'm pretty sure my RAM overclocks with my CPU... doesn't it have to? I've never had any problems with it, and I've overclocked the RAM quite alot.

Get the PC8500 if you plan to overclock.

Keep in mind that just because its PC1066 doesn't mean that you'll automatically get it running at that speed. I use PC8500, but run into a FSB wall once I go past 510 FSB.
