PC2700 DDR to PC3200???

Hey I have bought some quite cheap ram. In CPUz it tells me it's Samsung ram. I heard that in general the samsung ram could go as high as 400mhz. Is that true? I also wanna know whether raising the system bus from 166 to 200 (if only 333FSB is supported) would mess up my board or ram (MSI KT4 ULTRA). Thanks people.

Sumsung memory can clock out to 250Mhz (500) ... of course the amount of OC is very specific to the modules and the rest of the system. Jumping from PC2700 to PC3200 is only a 33Mhz overclokc. not a big deal :)

Edit: normally its not a biggie but with some MSI boards (dunno if its that one or not) ... they can get kinda picky and finicky with the memory and settings... try and see
 
Yeah...

I heard the same thing about MSI pickiness. However I have used no-names before without a prob and mobos are picky about those in general. Anyway, so raising the FSB from 166 to 200 will oc my processor and memory. Processor from 1915mhz to 2300mhz! and memory from 333mhz to 400mhz. i hope I am right. And will the processor overclock require me to raise volatge? Thanx and this is the last question :).
