I understand that most video cards utilize the PCI-E x16 slot, but what uses the x1, or others?
I dont think its worth buying a new mobo over yet, but say if your building a enw system,or upgrading your motherbored anyways, i definatly think that tis worth egtting PCI-E of agp, PCI-E video cards are cheaper then AGP anyways.MrBucket said:is pci-e worth getting over agp?

geoff5093 said:there are only 2 versions of PCI-E now. And thats PCI-E x1 and PCI-E x16. PCI-E x16 are for video cards, and PCI-E x1 is kinda like the orignal PCI.
