PCI FX 5200 256MB good or not?

I am looking for a 256 pci video card with dvi and s video. What do you think of the PCI FX 5200 256MB card?

the 5200 is a horrible card i would definitely go with the 9250 instead (i know this because i had a 5200)

9200 and 9250 are horrible too
but he just needs DVI

Either card would be sufficient if all you're looking for is DVI out, although not sufficient for modern games. I take it that it's more for movies?
