PCI graphics Card

I recently bought the Video card I have in my sig. Is there a better one that I should have gotten for PCI? I could probably return this one if I need to.
 
PCI graphics cards are basically non-existent today. Why do you want a graphics card? Even the best PCI card is still a budget last generation card.
