I'm fairly new to upgrading computers. I plan on buying a new video card tomorrow (ATI Radeon 9250 PCI 256MB DDR) for my computer. Ive been doing alot of research and to the best of my knowledge the slots I have are PCI, but I seen a image of an AGP and now im second guessing myself. So im asking for help. Here is a pic:

The 9250 is a pretty bad card to get, but it depends what you want to do with your system. I would recommend an nVidia FX series over the 92xx anyday.

LoL never thought someone would rec a fx card...but yes the best pci card i believe is the geforce fx 5500

Isn't there now a Better PCI card avaliable, I know its from ATi and an X series, was a thread here somewhere on the forum, and I think it beats the FX5200, X1300 pro or something like that?

PCI is slower compared to AGP, PCI vid cards are old.

AGP Version ---Signaling Voltage----- Peak Speeds

AGP 1.0 ---- 3.3 volts ----1x at 267MB/s, 2x at 533MB/s,
AGP 2.0---- 1.5 volts---- 1x at 267MB/s, 2x at 533MB/s, 4x at 1067MB/s
AGP 3.0 ---- 0.8 volts---- 4x at 1067MB/s, 8x at 2133MB/s
