PCI or AGP?

Old or not for most ppl it gets the job done...anyways if you had the option to choose i would select AGP.

This question should be a no-brainier, PCI stands for Peripheral Component Interconnect and its designed so various peripherals can connect while AGP on the other hand stands for Accelerated Graphics port and its designed specifically for graphics. Just from their names you can tell which one is better. I don't think you can play any games on a PCI graphics card and enjoy it, at least not the games that were release in the past 24 months. ;)

Looks pretty good, considering it's an AGP card too :P

That means nothing.

I have an x1300 PCI-express, and also an x1300 PCI.

Same ratings, same specs, same everything, but the PCI doesn't perform anywhere near as well.

The specifications of a card are solely based on the gpu, and don't factor in the (often likely) consideration of the interface itself being a bottleneck.

Well that is obvious, PCI doesn't have nearly as much bandwidth as AGP let alone PCI-E. PCI graphics cards are only for 2D rendering, and maybe movies, don't even think about running any 3D applications.
