I have a couple extra video cards lying around and I would like to know if they are pci or pci-e. How do you tell the difference the two? Also, would a pci-e card fit in a pci slot?
no, it wouldnt.
generally, if theyre lying around, theyre PCI, which most any computer has.
try to put it in a slot. if it doesnt fit, its not PCI or PCI-e.
dont force it.
