PCI slot cooler

I got one to cool my graphic card a little.
i got one slot open above my card, then like 5 slots below it.

which slot does it go in?

put the fan to blow on the fan of the GPU

Does it blow air from the outside in, or the inside out?

In either case, have the side where the fan is below the video card, that way it will help keep it cooler.

The PCI fans are exhaust fans. They suck the hot air from inside so putting it directlyunder the Graphics Card would be the bgest place. Although they're not very effective IMO. Well, it wasn't when i had one.

should it be under the fan thats i guess sucking air in towards the card *stock cooler*
