Pci Slots Help Me!

what version of pci slot do i have or how can i figure it out? i want to buy a new video card which i think can only run on a 3.3v slot! HELP PLEASE!

dell 2400
3 pci slots
2.66 ghz
2048 mb ram
shity graphics card! :mad:

and the card i am going to get says it requires a 300 watt power supply what the hell does that mean and what do i need to do to accommodate it?
 
the 2400's don't have pci express slots...or even agp slots so the best you can get is a pci card (not pci express)
