PCI Tuner card Help.

I Have Just baught a Tv tuner card, and i have hooked up my ps2 to the antenna hookup but the software i have doesnt show anything u can see there is connection cuz the fuz gets different, but it also says ERROR: Failed to connect video capture device to renderer, error code: 0x80040217, it doesnt reconzize my Tv Card i guess but i isntalled the driver and everything.

Did you get stuck with a bad card? That or a need for a signal converter would be the main reasons for not seeing anything. If Windows continues failing to even detect the card it's time to return it. I found that out fast when ordering a capture card and no device detected. It would have been returned immediately except the software properly detected the tv tuner card and I am still able to use the software fully. Next time I will just order the software instead. It's cheaper! Have you looked in the device manager to see if it is seen there even with a yellow mark next to something in "other devices"?
