I have a low wattage power supply, 160 watts and from what iv seen most pci video cards need a 250 watts power supply. Could i get by with out upgrading my power supply?

Well it really depends on what video card you plan to get, but if you're sure it's only 160w, that's REALLY cutting it close.

It's not safe, you'll really be stressing your powersupply which could result in a blow out or hardware failure. You should always meet at least the minimum suggested power to safely run your PC.

I think what im going to do is get a new case since thats why i cant really upgrade my power supply. I have been looking at newegg for a case with a power supply already in. Off the top of your head do you know a case in the $50 range thats decent? Prefer black and needs to fit micro atx motherboard.

Xion Case 65$ then 45$ After Mail IN rebates (if they go threw) Shipped btw. They come with a 450 PSU and I haven't had a problem with it yet. It also looks Sick IMO!

There's probably a wire to cut if you wana kill the LED lights.

For the psu, how much money do you wana spend? Rosewell makes some good budget psu's.
