PDF to Word convceter

I tried to download a couple of free pdf to word converters but they dont give me good quality output.
Can anyone suggest a better free converter that I can download.

pdftoword.com works, just upload your PDF file and they will send you the word doc after conversion, if you want to convert scanned PDF to text-based document, OCR technology is required, you can try abbyyonline's service, but online services usually have the file size limitation.
