Pen Drive Data Missing

I had important files on my pen drive, but when I tried reading it on my laptop, McAfee should lots of trojans and automatically they were removed.
But my files are seem to be missing, specially folders.
I had 900MB full in my 1GB pen drive. I need help on how to recover it, as it is still showing 900MB full, but the data cannot be seen. :confused:
 
When I opened the Drive there where folders with a shortcut sign.
In the folders I had Visual basics files. I did not really see the McAfee lists. But I guess the extension was .ico but not really sure.
 
Open mcafee and go into the quarantine area and see what it lists them as. This may be a false positive. I would restore the items that are in the quarantine that came from the flash drive. Then use malwarebytes to scan them to see what it says.
 
Th quarantine doesn't have my contain my files, I searched it till the end. But the message that I show while loading the pendrive at the start was "a trojan was removed".
