Pentium D issue

Then i would check your video card, the system will go into bios and still display usually without a CPU.

Have you tried using the onboard video?

And do you hear any beeps when you turn the computer on?

Good News:I just pulled 1 of my memory sticks and it works fine now, i guess 1 fried itself.
Bad News: I only have 256 mb of memory now :(

Bad News, I pulled the 256 out and tried the 512 separtly and it didnt work, so I put the 256 back in and it doent work, and Im out of working memory. I noticed the 2nd pin from the left is black on both chips. Coincedince?

Black on electronics usually mean something is fried. What happens when you put it in a different slot?

And when you tried the 512 and 256 seperatly, did you put them in the slot that the 512 originally didnt work in?

I have 4 slots, i have only tried 2 of them, the ones that the memory broke in, even though there is black on the memory it might work on the ones that I havn't used? I'll try...

Well, I have to conclude the 512 is more "dead" than the 256 because I tried the 512 in slot 3 and it didnt work but the 256 did, I have an RMA for the 512 comming so everything should be fine.

Except that your mobo just fried two sticks of RAM... i would get a new mobo also.
