Pentium E6300 @ 4Ghz vs. Athlon II X4 630 @ stock?

I'm considering selling my CPU, RAM and mobo as a combo on ebay and buying the following:

Gigabyte GA-MA74GMT mobo

AMD Athlon II X4 630

2x2GB 1333Mhz DDR3 G.Skill Ripjaws

What i want to know is the performance difference between the CPU's. Mine at 4Ghz and the athlon quaddy at stock speeds. I'll probably be including my cooler as part of the combo on ebay, so stock cooler for the athlon.

I want to compare benchmarks. i have 3dmark06 and vantage scores handy:

If anyone who owns the Athlon II x4 630 could post results of 3dmark06 and vantage it would be appreciated. Opinions are welcome too!
