Periscope/Twitter videos play in Chrome, not in FF or Opera

I did this HTML5 test and here are my results:

can anyone figure from this why I can't play videos on Twitter or Periscope in Firefox or Opera when they play fine in Chrome? (the test was performed in Firefox)

Maybe because it's something with XP?

I guess, but what about H.265 and MPEG 4, what's that stuff? Could it be that?
