I have just installed the soft-central SC-keylog software on a computer, i had to download from a dif computer because it would not let me, now i have installed it on the computer (transferring file with USB stick) I tried setting it up using hte wizard but I got the same error again and it fails to save my settings.

How can i solve this?

Do you have admin rights? Is the harddrive full? Are you running Sp2?

Yes the account is set as computer administrator, the harddrive has about 6 GB remaining and I am not sure what service packs I have If I dont have SP2 then could this mean I have a virus or worm doing it? I do have an anti-virus and firewall though.

My best bet is that you do have sp2 and the programs not compatible with it. There is a whole list of programs that are not compatible with sp2 on the internet somewhere... Il see if I can find it...

Ther link is here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/884130 but the program is not on the list... I have no idea whats wrong... Maby someone else can help more... If I think of something I'l tell you.

Ok, thanks for your help anyway.

Is there any more key loggers you can recommend that are free? I will tell you what I need it for as it may help you. I need to monitor conversations on MSN messenger, and Yahoo messsenger. I also need to monitor websites visited.
