Hi there! I am planning to create my own website and I wanted my website to look more attractive to people who will visit it. What will I do? I want to personalize it by adding some neon pictures and moving pictures as well! Anyone can help me? Will much appreciated Thanks in advance!

You mean like animated gifs, i would strongly advise for you not to use these (and if you do not too many) as they look very tacky.

Yeah let me reiterate that the usage of GIFS and so on is not good at all. Number one, it takes longer to load. Number two, it can get seriously annoying when visiting the website. Number three, it's an immediate sign of poor planning when used in excess. I used to use all these animated things, but as time went by, I realised that it was not the best option afterall...

GIfs are good. it can make your website stand out in certain areas, or make people leave. but be careful where you use it and how many of them do you use. know how to use it. for example, dont use a gif as a background. a little logo? maybe.
