Pesky Folder ...

I have a file folder which will not delete. It was created from a messenger program and was made when a use wanted to transfer a file to another user, it would store in that created folder. Well the program has been deleted-removed, but the folder will not delete. If anyone knows a good app or way I can delete the file that would help me out greatly.... I have also tried renaming the folder and I tired to remove it through safe-mode as well.

try clocing exlporer.exe in the task manager and run cmd. and do del C:\thefile and after run explorer.exe. try it

I actually tried that program and it did not work. The only thing I'm trying to delete is a "folder" there is nothing in it.

I think I'm going to drag everything off the drive and format it.
It's just a storage drive, so it wont be that big of a deal.
