Whats the difference between phenom x4 9950 blk-9950 black edition and blk-9950bx black edition? 1st one is oem and 2nd one is retail. Any performance differences?

Only difference between the two is the retail has a fan included/oem just has the proc.

There are two 9950s. One is 140 Watt and one 125 Watt. The 125W is better. What you listed is just one Retail and one OEM (without Box/fan/manual) Which ever one you get check to see if one is a 125 watt model.
