phillips dvdr1625k problems

hi all
i got one about 3 weeks ago its been great burnt several dvds and cds all of
a sudden it does not read any cd at all only dvds.Has anyone else had the same problem?what could be the reason for this?

check your device mangaer, and see that it is working properly, alos update the driver.

This happened to me, I took it back to the store i got it from and they gave me a new one for free.
