Phone Calls Make Router Drop Wireless Signal??

Yep you read the title right, what's going on?

Whenever my wireless home phone rings or gets picked up, my wireless internet connection drops...I feel it must have something to do with the radio signals getting ****ed up?

How can I stop this or fix this? It's so annoying.
Obviously this is only a problem with my wireless connection(s)..

If you're using a phone line, have you tried using a splitter?

Use to happen to me, until I put splitters on all of the phone jacks.

I assume you have a 2.4GHz router and 2/4GHz cordless phone? Try switching the router (or phone) to a different channel.

Yeah, switch the router above channel 8. Mine is on channel 9 and it's 2.4Ghz.
