Photo editing for anonymity

if i edit a photo of a person with software is there a way to mask their personal identity? i.e. make it impossible for internet users to download the edited photo and then "undo" the edits and see the original photo?

A photo is a photo. Unless you are uploading something like a Photoshop document, if you blur something, then it is blurred. Nothing short of a time machine would be able to undo it if you do it properly.
