Photoshop 5.0 limited edition

Hi, I have Photoshop 5.0 Limited Edition and I was wondering does anyone know how to remove red-eye in it because it is a "limited edition" and that means there is some stuff that is not included compared to the full version. Thanks and also one more thing, because I have this version is it possible to get the new one by upgrading it from the adobe website using the same serial number?

you can download photoshop elements and it has a feature for it

Is photoshop elements free? And if it is, which one do I select... 2.0?

You could just zoom in pixel by pixel and add the eye color you want. It will work. By the way I have Photoshop 7, it's great, all Photoshops.
