Photoshop animation?

Can anyone tell me if its possible, or how to make an animation using photoshop? Im trying to do a website graphic and was thinking that if i did a serious images in photoshop that if i put them together I could animate them somehow. Any help is greatly appreciated!

So lets say magically flash pro somehow appeared on my computer... how do i animate something??

Thats pretty cool web. I did manage to make a text effect where the letters kind of al wooshed to one side... its not that impressive....

anyway,

What I want to do is make an effect where a rubber chicken hanging from a rope sort of swings back and forth across the screen. Any ideas how I would do that or what I would need to do to get started?
