Photoshop CS5 Crash

I need help, my photoshop cs5 keeps on crashing as soon as I open it. I have all my drivers updated and this computer should just run it fine. Any ideas on what I can do to fix the problem?
 
It is a recent problem, I re-installed this about 2-3 times already. I had photoshop on my old pc but never encountered any problems with it.
 
I get a message that says "Adobe Photoshop CS5 has stopped working" "A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" then it just closes. It started happening sometime last night, it was working fine but when I opened it for the third time last night this started happening.
