Photoshop EPS

Im trying to open an EPS image file, and photoshop keeps saying this: (see image)

Any ideas?

Yea I should have noticed the dialog box. I hear this problem with mac's sometime, so I thought I would ask. By any chance, are you creating the eps files with autocad?

What the situation is, is that i have to open files that were burned to CD about 6 years ago. They are LARGE scale pictures of paintings.

Can you remember if you did it with autocad? Other than that, it could be the file is damaged or having problem copying over or reading off the cd since the cd is already that long ago.
