Well I think this is the wrong place to post but I just couldn't figure out where so move it if neccessary.

I drew this a few days back but I drew it to small and was wondering if I can enlarge it but still keep it clear looking :

yes you can. all the people who draws (most) use adobe illustrator to do it.
use adobe illustrator or another vector graphic program.
in illustrator draw the lines with the Pen tool. and enlarge it how much you want with out loosing quality,
also you can color .
then go to deviantart.com, flickr.com and share it with other people.
 
Thats very nice, :) and it depends on how large you want it. But normally you can't make an a lot image larger than the original and have it look clear.
 
yes you have to pay for that.
if you want to continue drawing the get illustrator.
with illustrator you can move every thing that is in your head onto computer.

i think the jpg images can be magnified until 120%.
wait im designing it in illustrator, after 7 min come here to see how it is.
