Doesn't look too complicated. If you want to try and duplicate it, you will probably need the proper font installed. Then, you might need some grunge and texture brushes which you can readily find anywhere on the internet. As far as the picture on the left, any picture should do as long as you feel it fits there. Looks like there is some burning involved, or just different texture brush colors.
