Photoshop

Plug-ins such as? There are so many and it is so widely used that depending on what you are looking for, they may or may not have any that is free.
 
Well what I wanted was filters. And vetto89 I went to those sites but I just don't know where to go. And I noticed the site is Italian also which doesn't bother me because I am Italian but I just don't know where to click. Maybe you can give me a direct link or something to filters.
