okay, you can find some crazy pictures on the net, that have obviously been photoshoped. you can also find great art that has been drawn and then redone and colored with a photoshop program and it looks great.

what i'd like to know is that, do these things require more of a good program or just alot of patience. cause, i know when you draw something, it always has a million different colored pixels, making it hard to work with. so can anyone recommend a good program (price doesnt matter) and a little advice on how this is done?

Basically they require both: good program and the most important part A LOT of patience. I use photoshop a lot most for car tuning though but i also make pictures too. The most important part is you have to have a lot of patience in order to make something look perfect. Good programs are Adobe Photoshop CS3 ( now the newest version came out CS4 ) and a lot people use Coreldraw X4. If you need any tutorials on anything just ask. I'll find them for you.

thank you. i've kind of been looking at CS3, but i wasn't sure. i mean, this kind of stuff costs alot, so i figure it must be a good program....haha, thanks about the tutorials. but, i dont need to be wasting your time. it doesnt take more than a few seconds to type it into google, eh?
