I was reveiwing my system info And I realized that I have verry little "physical memory" will this make my computer run slow or make large programs run slow? I have alot of "virtuall memory". Whats the difference?

I think that it will have both effects. Large programs will run slow because the speed is not dependent on the CPU but the data transfer will be slow. Same goes for general computer status. If you have more "physical memory" this will allow your systems to operate faster. This link from Cromewell was good: Follow! :D
I can't really remember what virtual memory is used for but its in my head...somewhere :P

Virtual memory is when hard disk space is set aside and used as if it were physical memory. You can adjust how much you have, however, it is much slower than physical memory. So if you are low on physical memory I would definitely suggest buying some more, its really quite cheap.
