pick a hard drive

hey guys i need help on buying a harddrive, well im looking for a mid size hd ( 100-200GB ) and sure hope it'll last long! i had bad experience with my last 2 samsung and hitachi, either i dont know how to take care of them or theyre just trash hehe..

please recomend me some hds to buy hehe and if yoou want tips on taking care a hd =]

Ya, just a word of advise, before buying parts, you should always check out www.tigerdirect.com. They have great selection and have a lot of rebates like that. (Saves a lot of $$)

yea...i was going to buy a hdd from a compusa that was on sale for 100 bucks from 130, PLUS a forty dollar mail-in rebate...it was a hitachi 160 gb sata...but by the time i got the money, they didnt have any more. i came the DAY THE TRUCK CAME, but they had already sold out when i got there.
