Intel>AMD for the time being 8800GTX>GTS raid0 raptors will be amazing ETC. for now go intel.

Build your own. dont be lazy.

Yeah definatly the Intel one its a generaly good pc, and when it goes crap you can just stick another 8800GTX in it and diff kind of RAM and you would be laughing.

But if I were you just build your own.

Kent.

lol one come with sli 8800GTS's though... yeah, i guess you should go for the intel one anyways though... still, like the others said, it would be better if you build it yourself

They both have RAID0 Raptors. There's not that much different, one has SLId 8800GTS 640s while the other has a 8800GTX and the only other thing that's really different is the AMD/Intel platform differences.
I don't particularily like either system, but that's mostly because they are nForce5 or 680i based neither of which I find all that impressive. The nforce4 was good, but these are basically re-releases with added features, no performance gains.

Can you recommend any others? thanks for all the help btw

Dude, build the computer and you will get alot of gains. Also he was complaining about the lack of progression from Nforce4 to 680i, or itleast that was how I interperted it.

Yeah that was what I was going on about, neither chipset is bad it's just your paying more for a gussied up nforce4.

Either system is ok, if you aren't comfortable building your own system I would reccomend the Intel system. IMO SLI/Crossfire is a waste of time and with the Intel system you are getting a more powerful video card (I don't know how SLId 8800GTS 640s compare to 1 GTX, but 1 GTX > 1 GTS :P) and a slightly better performing CPU. I don't know if it's worth the extra $200 or so but it should be a little faster than the AMD system.

Its worth it in my opinion, you have one card, leaving room for upgrade, a great CPU and I think that that motherboard supports quad core, which would help futureproof the entire thing.

dont really want to, haste getting all the shit. it isnt that over priced maybe like 200-300? +they giving me a 3year warrenty =D

i dunno i might

If they don't include the original dvd for windows is like 420$, that on our price for them is like 700$ or 800
