Picking correct motherboard for my setup

My budget on a motherboard is 50-100 dollars. I'm looking for one that compatible with what i have listed below

These are what i already have.

CASE - Cooler Master Elite 430
RAM - 8GB G.Skill DDR3 PC3-10666 RipjawsX Series for Sandy Bridge (7-7-7-21) Dual Channel kit
CPU - Intel Core i3-2100 Processor 3.1 GHz 3MB Cache Socket LGA115
Video card- RADEON 6850
Power supply - Corsair Builder Series CX V2 500-Watt 80 Plus Certified Power Supply


I am interested in getting one of these 2. What do you guys think?

ASRock P67 Extreme4 Gen3 MB-P67E4G3

Pretty sure you've already asked this question somewhere else but I will answer it for you again. Given the choice between those two boards, I'd go for the P67 Extreme4. However, I think you should maybe look into a newer Z75 or Z77 board. ASRock make some good Z75 and Z77 boards - the Extreme series are definitely worth looking into.
