I know this is probably simple for most of you. and i thought it was going to be simple also. i just want a fan to keep my cp extra cool. so i figured its just a fan that plugs into my power supply and blows air. so i went to newegg.com and clicked fans. theres a million different ones. so can one of you help me get a good fan thats pretty quiet and will really help out my cp. i neon would be cool i guess but not necessary.

thanks

when you say 'cp' do you mean 'pc' or 'cpu'? im not sure what a 'cp' is. but if its for your case then we need to know what kind of case you have. if its for your 'cpu' then you need a heatsink fan.

yea for my case. i have just a plain old case. and when i say old i mean old. it really doesnt have a name brand. but it has vents in the front, one side, and in the back. if that helps.

well if all u need is case fans just go down to ur local pc shop and pick up a few cheap ones but a 120mm fan would be good.. get a 80mm and a 120 mm or two 120mm's...

if its a no name case and its old i would guess it uses 80mm fans, but you should measure just to be sure.

i would get them off newegg, they charge like $10 for one fan at best buy or circut city and they are $3 off newegg
