My old computer broke, so I bought all new parts. Put in my old PCIe x16 Video card, and was not getting any output through DVI. I used a VGA-->DVI converter and tried with another monitor, and also tried with S-Video--> Yellow video cord-->TV and both of those produce this result:
By tapping on the video card, some of the pixels would move around a bit. I'm not sure if there is something on the motherboard I need to change, or that my card is dead. There is a good likelihood that it may have been damaged, but from a physical inspection I can't see anything blatantly wrong with it.
