get yourself an 80x80 pixel image, then go to the user CP and look at the avatar options.

geek 0001, you should know that there is a number limit to how many lines you can have in you signature which is 10 (last time I checked). Also, no pictures allowed in the signature but apart from that---Knock Yourself Out
