Government satellites beam down electrical waves with ion particles that collect into your front cerebral hemisphere, thus connecting right into your optical nerves and soaking up your brain waves. The only way to actually block these said beams from old big brother is to construct an apparatus that will deflect such waves from your head. Such material is hard to come by but lone and behold some paranoids have found a cheap alternative, which don't laugh, is actually tin foil. Linked is a picture of a said tinfoil fedora that can save your brain waves from being gobbled up by those nom noming government goons stealing your thoughts.

I love how Bill Gates and other software writers call stealing software piracy. Piracy is an act of robbery on the high seas. Copying software that doesn't belong to you is stealing.
soem guy came to my school and talked about this with music, he said everytime somthing gets downloaded from a file share program or anything its being monitored, and they can see what your downloading, and they only crack down on the heavy downloaders, so if you download 2 songs a day and another guy downloads 50 a day the other guy is going to get it after about a week,
thats just what they told me
but if you ask me they probably put a file up there and wait for someone to download it, then when they download it they go to there housee
lol
this actually happend to my friends brother, the cops called his house and his dad picked up and they said sir can you please check your sons computers to see if they have any downloaded movies?
lol and brian nates brother has like 200 downloaded movies, there internet was always slow because he was constantly downloading somthing, its anooying as hell
That, my friend, is a crock of bull**** Trying to scare people with misinformation. It is effective, though.

1. practice of a pirate; robbery or illegal violence at sea.
2. the unauthorized reproduction or use of a copyrighted book, recording, television program, patented invention, trademarked product, etc.: The record industry is beset with piracy.
No he is right, anything and everything can be tracked. At a business or school you bet P2P traffic is being tracked. ISPs track it and Comcast has been known to throttle it.
The only thing keeping the government out of your business is the 4th amendment (in the USA) and they have to legally subpoena the ISPs and the ISPs either take them to court over it or give the information up.
Yeah, the software writers kept using the word "piracy" when referring to stolen software and eventually changed the word to mean something different in the English language. I don't buy into stealing copyrighted software as a crime equivalent to that of an act of robbery on the high seas.
By making the above statement I am not condoning the stealing of copyrighted software. But piracy is one thing and stealing software is another.
ISPs don't monitor what you are doing on the internet, they monitor how you USE the internet. If you are using BitTorrent and you finish downloading a file, and all you are doing is seeding, they see it as a lot of uploading, but no downloading. So they just throttle it because it's an odd way to use the internet, and they want to free up bandwidth for other users.
The RIAA has actually now dropped there lawsuits against individuals accused of Piracy. they now say they are focusing on working with ISP's to find larger numbers of individuals responsible for piracy. if the ISP's cooperate(which at the moment they don't have to without a sobpeona)then the threat of Federal prosecution could become more real.
yes and the ISPs track that stuff anyway. If you download a torrent, that torrent phones home to a torrent tracker, which are all FQDN sites that are registered and the ISPs know what that site is for, and they know you are seeding a torrent. They just can't technically always 'prove' what type of torrent it is, or the file type for that matter. There are legit reasons to use P2P file sharing, but there are also tons and tons of non legit reasons.
Get a different ISP then. My ISP EULA states that they do not and will not monitor or control my usage. The only thing they do is if they get a complaint about piracy is warn the user and then shut them off until the agency confirms compliance.
